Reviews and Ratings
I had booked just one night, and despite the room being noisy due to its proximity to the highway, it was well located, clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist, including accommodating gluten-free options. The location was not ideal due to constant traffic noise but was perfect for accessing the motorway exit. Dining options were good overall, though improvements in temperature consistency were noted. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with good facilities but faces a main road. The service is exceptional but lacks attention to details like clearing finished plates. The location is convenient for exploring Ayrshire and Glasgow but noisy due to its proximity to a busy road. The dining experience is satisfactory but requires early booking for preferred time slots.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were spacious and classy, equipped with all the essentials like an iron, hair dryer, and even delightful touches such as water and tunnocks tea cakes. The only downside was having just one towel in the room, and there was a bit of noise from the road traffic, although it didn't bother me much.
