I had booked just one night, and despite the room being noisy due to its proximity to the highway, it was well located, clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist, including accommodating gluten-free options. The location was not ideal due to constant traffic noise but was perfect for accessing the motorway exit. Dining options were good overall, though improvements in temperature consistency were noted. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with good facilities but faces a main road. The service is exceptional but lacks attention to details like clearing finished plates. The location is convenient for exploring Ayrshire and Glasgow but noisy due to its proximity to a busy road. The dining experience is satisfactory but requires early booking for preferred time slots.
Rooms

Rooms were a good size and well-furnished but cleanliness was an issue with paint coming off doors and walls.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were spacious and classy, equipped with all the essentials like an iron, hair dryer, and even delightful touches such as water and tunnocks tea cakes. The only downside was having just one towel in the room, and there was a bit of noise from the road traffic, although it didn't bother me much.
Rooms
9.0
The room was large and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.
Service
8.0
The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful and welcoming staff throughout my stay. However, there was a slight hiccup with a delay in serving toast and no juice available for a while.
Location

The hotel is situated in a glorious conservation village, despite being a bit noisy due to road traffic. It's not the most peaceful location, especially if you are in need of rest.
Dining

The dining experience was good overall with a nice menu selection, but it could use a bit of sprucing up to match the quality of the hotel. The food was tasty, although the experience could have been better.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers decent facilities, although some areas could use improvement.
